Take your life...whatever you've made, or hope to make of it, and do a long, over your head stretch, fingers reaching for the sky, do a sun salutation type of forward bend, until your fingers are on your toes. Take a deep breath while placing your fingers securely under your toes, then, keeping the fingers under the toes, slowly stand straight up. The stretching of the whole of your body skin, will "expand your life"....at least that's what my spirit guide told me.
