Good luck, we have the same problem. Gotta get game wardens involved and we hold the dogs when we catch them. If the hunters are local they usually work with you, but most of these guys are from one of the parishes and could care less since they have no real interest in care/maintenance of the deer population or respecting landowners.

Damn. They sound like straight up necks whenever I've talked to them. They are pretty damn trashy
