Lol what are you talking about? He was arrested for hopping a fence at the UTEP campus and the charges were later dropped. We've all done stupid stuff during college...sounds like at least he had a life unlike Creeper Cruz.

Yeah this is literally a nothing burger.
It is a little funny that he was arrested for climbing over a wall/fence.
That could play well with the illegals in Texas.
