re: Craziest/Shadiest/Scariest thing you saw in Katrina Aftermath

My neighbor stayed. First chance we could come home, we pull up to the house and first thing I notice was a pirogue with a bow rope tied to his upstairs window, just hanging there. Idk why but that was just surreal to see and immediately I went to wtf was going through his mind when he was tying that knot.
