I'm a big guy, about 280. And I don't eat that much really. I had some cereal for breakfast, a small portion of shrimp and pasta salad for lunch. And I'll probably have a 6 subway sandwich when I get home. That's about normal for me, sometimes even less. The only times I've had much success staying skinny and/or losing weight was when I eat less than 1500 calories a day and run. Not saying that I shouldn't exercise more. But acting like everyone that is overweight sits around eating McDonald's and cupcakes while chugging regular cokes is dumb.

1. What you're eating isn't at all conducive to a healthy lifestyle
2. I can almost guarantee you are lying to yourself about hoe much you eat. Track it for a couple weeks and you'll see that you are consuming much more than you think you are.

I know plenty if skinny people that eat 4 times the amount I do.

Doubtful, but if true, it's because they excercise. You aren't immune to science.

I know how much I eat, I don't need to track it.

I've been this way my whole life. I grew up with a health nut for a mom, we ate vegetables almost exclusively in the summer. Side salads with every meal, etc.

My friends on the other hand ate hot pockets, little Debbie's, etc. And they'd be skinny as a rail.

Metabolism does exist ya know, that's science.
