Brossette is a bigger back who can run downhill and move the chains. He sees the field well, he lets the blocks set up, and he runs with patience. He lets the holes open up, then he hits them with good speed. He is not considered a speed back, but a back with power, a back with good sudden quickness, and a big that can carry his team. Louisiana high school record holder for most rushing touchdowns in a four-year span with 141, breaking the previous mark of 118 touchdowns held by former LSU running back Kenny Hilliard ... Has played in 35 games with one start … Leads all active LSU players in rushing yards with 306.

Brousette owns the record for the most rushing TDs in Louisiana highschool history...but has yet to score a rushing TD for LSU.
