Tell your friend to ask their boss to do away with happy hour. Then they’ll get tipped based on regular prices. But then the bar or restaurant will be pretty empty from 4-6 and she’ll be lucky to get a table or 2 during that time...or the boss will schedule her to come in later since they won’t need as many servers if nobody comes in until regular dinner time
