It is absurd. Because an 11 year old is at 0% maturity and a 17 year old is very close to 100%, if not at 100%.
Expecting a 17 year old to continue to wait because he may "only" be at say 90% maturity, treating him exactly as you would an 11 year old, is ridiculous.

Are you talking about physical sexual maturity? Most humans are fully physically able to have sex around 13-14 years old. And you continue to advocate for pedophilia. This is a weird stance to choose in my opinion. I am confused by it. And by you.
They have to wait until they are older because their brains are not fully developed and in today's society they are for the most part extremely mentally immature and socially immature.
