What you are saying though is proving my point. The whole it's simple calories in calories out is not the total truth of the matter.



jesus yes it is the whole equation. Eventually your metobolism get so low due to leptin levels being low that your actually TDEE gets too low. SO you reverse diet out of it.

don't get mad because you are ignorant on how to diet propoerly and try and prove a 100% fact wrong. You aren't a specialy betterfly. Study after study prove weekly calories and daily protein are waht matter more than anything else.

I mentioned lifting because cardio is like #5 or #6 things that matter in losing fat and that all you were mentioning.

Protein matters because of diet induced thermogensis.

go do yourself a favor and read the lean gains book that just came out and educate yourself. It will make reaching your goal much more enjoyable and will come much easier.

your contradicting yourself right here. You are telling me that a simple equation of in vs out matters then rebutting by saying i need to reverse all that for a week to two to reset my system.

Calling me ignorant and name calling doesn't make you right it makes you a a-hole. I know everything you are saying. I get blood work from an endocrinologist yearly. I see a nutritionist that i provide calorie and macro tracking to on a regular basis. I keep my protein levels at or above 150 daily. I go over my calorie intake at least once every two weeks to reset. I lift as my main source of exercise. I have read study after study and you know what it's still very difficult for me to lose weight. Putting a catch all this works for everyone solution to something doesn't work. Because there will be another study done 6 months from now that proves the last one wrong.
