Is that what you think someone has to do to have a great body?

Last winter, I volunteered at a "pop-up" overnight homeless shelter. Near freezing temps, with rain, and overflowing shelters. We had 76 homeless (73 men, 3 women) at a park shelter to watch to make sure no fights or whatever happened. I went outside at about 4:45 am and to my amazement on a Tuesday, 38 degrees outside, light rain, I saw at least 50 independent joggers and cyclists doing what they "had to do".

There was no, "it won't be as cold or raining tomorrow", there was only "I need this".

I don't think most people work out to have a "great body." Most do it because it's becomes an addiction. I had issues with it in my 20's. If I didn't go to the gym for a couple hours a day, I was miserable. Most people who work out regularly have to maintain a certain regiment.
