Nothing wrong with saying he is going to prove he is more than a wildcat option? I'm sorry, that's bs to me.

I think his decision was rash but any competitive guy is going to have some fire burning. I certainly don't blame him for trying to be all he thinks he can be

He’ll be running the wildcat at MGCCC?

He truly believes he is much better than he really is. I've seen posts on here by his supporters, probably family members, saying he wasn't given a fair shake. Probably a lot of his problem is who he has in his ear

You talk to anyone in vacherie and you’d think LSU was keeping Michael Vick on the bench. If he went in the game to play qb this year, people would have PTSD flashbacks from Jefferson’s tenure.

He was never a good QB. He was an athlete that filled the role of a QB in high school because he could run. You can get away with that type of QB in high school and “somewhat” in college, but in the NFL, a run first QB will get his head taken off.

Nor do I. However, he was a freshman. He apparently isn't wise enough to see that he had that opportunity right here in front of him, this year. Jmo

Even at major college, you have to be able to throw.

What’s wrong with saying that? He’s out to prove himself, good for him and I hope he does.

Wow all you armchair qb’s are brutal. Kid made a decision in his mind to give himself an opportunity to be successful and all you all can do is destroy this young man because of it. If it was your son you would advise him to sit and possibly never have the opportunity to prove himself? I am LSU thru and thru but the reality is this plays out across every team and sometimes sitting and waiting your turn works out and other times it does not. Never judge another unless you have walked in those shoes and I can assume most of the posters on the rant have never competed at this level so what the hell would you know anyway?

He was told he would play this year at lsu. As a RS FRESH. Stop with this false bs narrative.

To the poster above you, prove what? He was given a chance to play THIS YEAR. This narrative is an attempt to play him off as a poor victim just trying to prove himself. Please. He was a freshman. He was given a great chance.

That's such a false narrative. He had a great opportunity as a RS fresh to see meaningful snaps at lsu, and prove himself. More I think about it, he has some issues he needs to overcome.

He is a freaking red shirt freshman. Burrow, then Brennan, then Narcisse, man up while the next guy prepares. When your time comes for the big stage, use the time and effort invested to rock it out and prove yourself ready for the big show of the NFL.

Successful quarterbacks and programs have done this for decades. Now red shirt freshmen are bailing because they're not starting. Last I checked you don't want to rely on that young a player to start at qb.

So he couldn't prove himself at lsu? Especially since he was told he WOULD play this year as a freshmen. Forgive me for not buying that storyline.

Why would people say this considering the style of offense LSU is planning on running? That’s showing lack of self awareness.

You’ve got a solid point if you’re talking about a graduate with 2 (years) to play 2.

A freshman with major holes in his game? Gtfo with that shite.

Most of us are fans of the LSU football program, not Lowell Narcisse. Find me all the arm chair qb’s talking about Justin McMillan - I’ll wait. I personally don’t give a frick about some self absorbed kid who leaves the team half way through fall camp. Best of luck to him at LA Tech

Jesus Christ dude, he was told he would play as a freshman. That gave him the opportunity to showcase his skills and get a leg up going forward. I'm not going to argue with you, if you can't see that was a damn good opportunity, then you are either dumb or trolling. I've figured you out for sure.

Same ole Pensacola. Every time you get challenged with a legitimate question you go on the offensive with the trolling "I figured you out nonsense."

He was told he would get the wildcat package. I think he actually made a mistake leaving. But, you can't fault him for saying he wants to prove he's more than that.

So you are saying he can't pass the ball? Newsflash Mr know-it-all, he is going to have to be able to do that in the NFL.
