I think he would be a great color guy and eventually he may grow into a pLAY ×play but he's not ready yet.

All of this. It's not like WWL didn't have other options here. They could have put Zach on the sideline and Joel on PBP to give Zach time to learn. They could have moved Deuce to Sports Talk and pre-post game shows... Garic, Deuce, and Bobby actually are pretty decent together... and put Zach on Color.

I just keep having to go back to, cost must have been a thing.
