Thats the main issue. There isnt enough available land to build somewhere with enough room to have suitable parking.

I liked the idea of putting it by the convention Center on that empty space. Though with how that exit backs up with all the trucks I don't think it's feasible.

Unfortunately either Kenner or more likely the East. Most major markets now build well outside the city because the land is much cheaper. It would prob go right where Six Flags is/was.
