The Dome is A great venue and should be renovated at times to keep it modern. Keep the Dome. You also have to consider with retractable rooks as to whether they are bad hurrican proof.

Tear down the convention center/buy Marie Gras World land and put a new stadium there. Use the Superdome area for new convention center.
