Not counting Old Miss. Counting only USC-West and LSU. That is 6-2,6-2 and 9-4, for a 21-8 record. That's hardly bad. He needs to beat Bama though.

Oh, you mean the only other time he ever had control of a program?

21-8 record.

Look at how many of those 21 teams had 8 or more wins. (3-4) Then look at the 8 teams he lost to. If you do that and still think 21-8 isn’t bad I can’t help you.

Bottom line is a coach O coached team can’t be a 9-10 win team. He’s gonna face 4-5 9-10 win teams this year. He’ll lose 80% of games vs another 9-10 win team.

He is 4-4 vs teams with winning records in the seasons you reference. He is 2-4 in the single season you reference that he had control ans wasn’t using the previous coaches offensive playbook.

If you up the ante and only include on;y teams that are 8-5 or higher, his win total drops to 5. Only one of those last year.

And of course his ole miss days are dismal, so I guess that’s why you chose to ignore them. 2 total wins over a team with a winning record in his 10 total wins and both were against Memphis who had 7 win seasons both times.

If Oregon wants a good legacy, he needs to start winning a lot more.

If you ignore all the B’s and C’s I got in college I had a 4.0, by your logic.
