Muscle is dense, muscular people have a much harder time treading water than average people due to muscle and fat percentages.
Look up long distance swimming records, it's literally the only sport women beat men in and it's due to higher body fat percentages.
If, on average, blacks are more muscular than whites then it's absolutely true that they'd have a harder time swimming.
Saying so isn't tarding up anything, it's just physics.
