It was, but not by LeBron or his foundation. He has a foundation. The foundation started the I Promise program. The foundation partnered with JPMorgan and U of Akron to guarantee scholarships to kids who completed the I Promise program.
That's the kind of program that only happens for a guy with LeBron's clout.
