Should I trade the 10th Pick and my fourth round pick for the first pick and his fifth round?

Yea, the difference between picks 1 and 10 is enormous, and the difference between the 4th and 5th round picks is negligible.

To have the 1st pick overall AND the location of your 2nd round pick, that's just money. No idea why this other guy would want to do this
