They are synchronized. They are synchronized to turn red on you. We are one of the worse cities when it comes to this. Go to other major cities on trips and it is better. We continue to hire the same engineers who created this mess to only recreate it again.

It is the Louisiana way, not just BR. There appears to be no thoughts given to the lights here in Lafayette either.
My professional experience dealing with LA DOTD gives me no hope for Louisiana government to get anything right, state or city. Completely dysfunctional organizations.
