We will soon depart on our trip the PNW. Fly to Portland on Sat AM, drive to Seattle for nights 1-3. . We have a AirBnb in Oceanside, Or on night 5 and will be in Portland nights 6-7
I still need to find a spot on the Western* side of Olympic NP for Tuesday night because we want to go to the Hoh Rainforest.
Should I find a spot on the ocean in LaPush or in Forks or other?
Suggestions Welcome.
*changed from eastern!!

Eastern side or western side?
I'd go to LaPush because it's on the ocean. Forks best attribute is that it rains 412 days a year.

quote:Sorry.... West of Olympic. I been looking in Forks area but was wondering if LaPush or other coastal town would be better than inland.
Eastern side or western side?
Do you have any other suggestions for the west side of the park other/better than Hoh Rainforest

We stayed at the Miller Tree Inn B&B in Forks a few years ago. It was nice. Good breakfast. Less than an hour from Hoh. There are not many places to stay in that area.

Two years ago, we got an Airbnb cabin in the Forks area. There are campsites and other cabins there with a community outdoor kitchen and fire pit. The only problem is they shut you down at 10 pm. I’d rather stay there than a hotel in Forks. The pizza place in Forks is terrible.
