He said he doesn’t see a way Ohio State can fire him with cause

So either they would have to eat 38 million, or Urban would have to be willing to take a deal

Even better, they could not overreact on the word of a hysterical woman and a dirtbag reporter. Urban should demand a bonus to agree to stay.

A legal analyst is in ESPN now and he says he doesn’t think anything can be pinned on Urban at all

He's an idiot then...

Here is Urban's original contract in force at the time

It clearly states he's obligated to follow any and all university policies even if they're not explicitly covered in his contract. The Sexual Misconduct policy would still apply.

ETA - he could be fired with cause under 5.1.d or 5.1.m,assuming he didn't report it and knew.

To start, he said it isn’t a title ix issue. So slackster took his testicles to the face there

, then you haven't been paying attention. It's a policy that is dictated by Title IX. The specific offense, given what we know, isn't covered by Title IX since the victim is not a student or employee.

However, like I said all morning about banking AML laws, it's not your call to decide if it's money laundering or not. If someone does something against the policy, you report it. The department of Education isn't going to investigate something like this, but not reporting it is still a violation of OSU's policy.

Surely you're smart enough to understand the difference.

If morality won football games, y'all would still have Hoke and wouldn't be 2-15 against us in your lifetime.

Women are a mystery. Will anyone ever figure out why they become hysterical if you start beating them while they are pregnant, and keep at it for a decade or so?

This is pretty funny

My wife’s friend has gone to a few tailgates with all the coaches wives. She said it’s an absolute shite show.
