I've given it a chance in my opinion, but find it to be somewhat of a pretentious thing to eat, like of like escargot.

Well no shite you didn’t like it.
Come on up to the northeast and take a drive to Rockport or Kennebunkport in Maine. You’ll learn the error of your ways quite quickly.
