What a result.

Few takeaways -

Aguero and Bernardo were the best players on the pitch bar none. Fernandinho was also incredible.

Sane/Raz gave TAA and Robertson fits all night. They abused them defensively.

Kompany was the best defender on the pitch. VVD was great as well, per usual.

Laporte wasn’t spectacular, but he put in a more than fine shift on the left and him and Kompany made Salah invisible for much of the match.

Ederson is twice the keeper Alisson is. Alisson’s distribution was that of a retarded infant, not that he does a lot of it, and he gave up the match winner due to poor positioning after being beaten at the near post for the first. We are truly blessed to have him.

Pep was tactically magnificent today.

Hopefully we can hit full gear and take care of business. Liverpool are a solid team and we obviously need some help from around the league.

Bernardo

He clocked in 8.5 miles, the most of any PL player this year.

Honestly tho it felt like he covered more.
