The older I get the more i think less of politicians, to some degree they are all shite bags. However of my lifetime the one I agree with the most philosophically was Reagan, though I don’t agree with everything he did in office overall I think he was successful and necessary at the time.
Looking back some of the things Carter did, primarily deregulation (opening up for the possibility of craft beer alone should rank him in the top 10
) have had lasting good effects.
