So LSU’s 2nd & 3rd team personnel aren’t as good as Sunbelt team players? That’s rather worrisome.
Inexperienced young players in a system that is new to them are not necessarily better than 3rd-5th year Sun Belt lineman who have been in the system for years. It is after all a team sport. LSU's players are much more talented but years of training and understanding the system makes a huge difference.
Bottom Line: the buck does indeed stop with Ed Orgeron. LSU played very poorly against Troy for whatever reason that can only be blamed on O.
But the game was winnable if only a couple players had stepped up as Tiger players are expected to do in crucial situations. That didn't happen. Gonsolin wasn't clutch. Etling wasn't clutch. Gage wasn't clutch that night. Brossette wasn't clutch. Two or three plays would have been the difference in a victory and we would never had this conversation & the streak would have continued.

It seems like what your saying is a lot of players fricked up. Almost like the whole team played like shite.
