Not saying it’s the best but I’m also not saying it should be below Monroe or Thibodaux.. it qualifies as more of a college town than BR nola or Shreveport that’s why I listed it. They don’t NEED ULL to survive but it certainly helps them as a town.

Without the universities in these towns they would be just another Houma
Without LSU in Baton Rouge, BR would just be another Alexandria
