The answer is we don't know because it would be virtually impossible to try to "prove" that one way or the other by doing "after the fact" polling. Did it make a black and white difference, probably not. Did it have the potential to make a difference, likely.

I wasn't referring to the hacking of the actual voting machines. That has been settled for some time.
