Change to my plan post White River was adding tempo runs to my plan. For my last cycle I only did mile repeats.
Had 4 mile tempo today @ 8:11 which was a little fast for 8:15 goal. Very tough but in a fun way.
My coach and I will work to lengthen these to make physical & mental improvements.

Post-Christmas Check-In- how are things going on the trails, tracks, treadmills, and pavement?
My weekly mileage has taken a nosedive. I try for four days/week but realistic is three. No more double digits runs, though I could have stretched it to 10 today. My pace is much worse, my heart rate is much worse, and my diet is not helping.
I fear this will be a long winter without focus.
