I can’t remember feeling as good during a recovery run as I did this morning. I had to fight the temptation to turn it into a speed workout. I managed to keep it in zone 1 despite really wanting to ramp it up. Hopefully, this is a sign of things to come.

Does anyone here have supination? The past year or so I've noticed running has become more and more painful so I started paying mind to where my feet are contacting the pavement. Definitely seems like underpronation and shoe wear seems to validate.

Any tips? It has been frustrating bc its forcing me to scale back.
