i had planned on doing the Soldier Marathon in Columbus GA again but will instead be doing Mercedes Marathon in Birmingham (had to push back start of training do to some health problems). I will be following the Hal Higdon intermediate 2 plan. Building a base (25-30 miles weekly) until the official plan starts in early october.
