I might do that 1st week of taper (in 2 weeks), could definitely see that being a confidence boost.

Long Run today because of my running frans going out of town this afternoon and I was off work so why not:



Tomorrow I will do my 5 miles with 3 miles of tempo. (or I might just do 5 miles tempo to really get to the 20% workout load)

This will be the first time I've ever done a workout the day after a long run, it should be pretty humbling I think

good stuff

I have my last 20+er tomorrow. planning on 22 but may cut it down to 20 again just to take it a bit easier on the hamstring. felt much better today on my run but im scared until i get a workout without it flaring up.
