And/or others lives, see drunk drivers.
Just last week an admitted weed abuser rammed his vehicle into a house 15 feet off the ground. Lucky neither the driver or homeowner weren't hurt. Well, the doper probably hurt himself when he opened the door and fell 15 ft to the ground.

I agree, but it’s still cheaper than jail, plus border searches, plus extra police. The war on drugs is a lose lose lose proposition. Even if we put those drug users in housing complexes and provide clean needles. It’s just gonna cost a lot less. And we can’t afford what we are now spending.

we are paying for it now. jails cost money. they also get free medical care in those jails. Significantly cheaper to pay for them go to rehab.
You can keep spitting this it costs us money drivel all you want it doesn't make you right now matter how much you want it to.

Then we have to pay for their treatment every time they fall off the wagon.
