no name in these lists screams that more than Sammy Baugh.

The man has 41 defensive interceptions and 21 defensive fumble recoveries. He also has a career punting average of 45.1 YPK over 13 seasons (338 punts). The man played both ways and punted all at a high level.

That reminds me of arguments made about Babe Ruth being the greatest baseball player ever. Sure, a few guys have hit more HRs, but Babe Ruth was a also a World Series-winning pitcher for the Red Sox.

I look at the first group with Unitas and Baugh and am tempted to say those guys were the best ever. The most recent group with Brady, Brees and Manning are next.
