Who's joking? The government can build the wall with credit, just like you make many purchases I'm sure, and pay it off in time.
You think we're going to pay for the wall with one big check so the government can run over to Home Depot and buy all the materials that will be needed? No wonder you lefties have trouble understanding business and economic issues.
