First and foremost, it literally can't be implemented properly as long as the corruptible human spirit is involved.
Second, the entire idea of everyone getting the same treatment/success regardless of individual work ethic or competence is poisonous and counterproductive. Why do anything if you get the same treatment for doing nothing? It goes against the very laws of nature.
