That was 10 years ago and it certainly wasn't some violent crime. I wouldn't doubt as a first offender that his record has been expunged. What do you have against giving a man a second chance?

He just off of probation in 2013. There’s no such thing as expungement for Federal offenses, only Presidential Pardons. Little soon to be working in a P5 football program, don’t you think? Not to mention being a liaison with academics without a degree. You call this qualified?
It’s a disgrace to the University.
