What’s the deal with Ray Parker?

Yep, and he'll likely end up at OT. Will start at TE, but has perfect build for LT

He has some work to do in the classroom and attitude wise before playing TE or LT. He could really use some mentoring, like a lot of kids, due to no fault of his own. If he takes care of his business, and he certainly has the ability to, he will end up at LSU, grow up into a successful young man, and have a great life. If he doesn’t change his behavior soon, he will end up being another great HS athlete who never amounted to much more. He has the people around him to help him succeed. He needs to make a decision to get his act together. I know I’m hoping he does that this summer.

He’s not to the point of needing a miracle or likely not making it, just needs to get his stuff together. As you said, typical 17 year old stuff. He really can be a good kid and take care of his business if he wants to, but he often times makes poor decisions due to other influences. People in Ruston are really rooting for him and would love to see him succeed down in BR.
