Lots of smaller island have limited flights in and out. For example my buddy had a destination wedding at the Sandals in Antigua. They missed the fight out of Nola and had to wait 24 hours to catch flights the next day. Keep this in mind.

Decide what is important, nice room, food, alcohol, etc. Some all inclusive put out much better food than others. Trip advisor has a list of all inclusives ranked might want to take a look there. Another thing to remember is the restaurants book up and if they are full you have to eat buffet. Normally the first day or two they will be booked already

Yep. When we went, you could only book dinner reservations the morning of and they were all booked by 10 or so every morning.
