and you are in fact wrong on this. as a later posts stats 3-5 weeks that is still a young beer. Neipas need a week or 2 to condition out before they hit their peak taste then it fads out after a week or 2 after that. You saying that alone says to me you dont know about anything you are talking about.

Hahahahahahaha.

Its so funny when people praise their homebrew as amazing knowing no one here will drink it.

Ive been drinking ghost since batch one and its ALWAYS been better about a month out.

Stick to your books, ill stick to my tastes buds and what everyone else ive been drinking with for 10 plus years tell me.

Cant wait for your brewery to open so i can try all these amazing beers you brew.

I'll drink it. And many people share their homebrews with friends, family, and random TD members. I appreciate your chuckle on the matter, but homebrew can be every bit as good, if not better, than commercial beer.

I don't know about always. I too have enjoyed it since the beginning. Pre-new yeast, their beer was hitting it's stride on release date.

So you haven't had his beer but know for a FACT, that ghost is better? Arguing a beer is better is pretty ignorant because taste is subjective. Yes there are obvious cases, but usually it's personal preference. I'd say a person's homebrew tastes better to them, if done right, because they put in the effort to make it, and the payoff is greater. Their is success in struggle. Waddling out to the grocery store to grab a 4 pack isn't much of a struggle.

What condescending jackass...

and this is where the Parish thread goes off the rails...
