Considering those rebel groups have traditionally been funded by people like Chavez in Venezuela, this would probably be a good time to start taking them out again.
Venezuela is broke and having civil unrest. They really can’t afford to be bankrolling FARC right now.

Colombia should take advantage of the civil unrest and invade Venezuela. Big oil gains.
