Because the NYPD took Weiner’s Laptop in the pedo investigation and found Hilary Clinto emails on it. Since Comey had previously said that no such errant emails existed, he was forced to reopen the Clinton investigation in order to save some credibility. He then closed it 2 days later because, nothing to see here folks.
