It's his dad's fault. He should have let him know whats up when he was 7 and this bullshite behavior probably began.
Also, even now that this kid has a little size, he's still not a man. He's a little bitch kid who sits in his room and plays video games all day. Next time he talks that way to him or his mother, walk into his room, rip his computer out of the wall violently, if he gives him shite punch him in the face and then throw him out the door. That dad needs to grow a pair.

Maybe not at this level, but I had a family member with similar tendencies. Slept all day, never went to school, played the hell out of video games, talked back to mom, called her a bitch. Dad was around but wasn't around.
Mom came to my wife and I and asked for advice. I said I could install a piece of equipment that would allow her to push a button on her phone and cut off the internet access to his devices (mainly console and gaming PC).
When push came to shove, mom didn't want to do it. That kid ended up being a dropout punk and he's 25 and still lives at home doing the same thing. Hasn't even tried to get a job.
All that to say, 99% of the time in these situations, its the parents fault. That house was nice. They weren't poor. They bought that kid everything he ever wanted and raised him like that.
