Would anyone here disagree:
Lifting the children in North BR out of poverty, cleaning up that part of the city, making it look curb appealing, tearing down the old buildings and houses, then rebuilding nice looking schools, nice looking store fronts and shops, nice looking apartments and homes (basically giving them something to take pride in), would that be better in the end for all the citizens of BR (N, S, E & W)?
It would only take about 20 years to purge the old and grow the new.
