It is absolutely mind bottling that the illegitimacy rate in the black community is near 80%.
How are you ever supposed to succeed as a community if you don’t put an emphasis on strong families?
It’s something that requires no money at all to fix. There are plenty of impoverished people throughout the world who still have a sense of family pride and responsibility. Fix that, and they will fricking soar. I truly believe it and mean no disrespect.
