This is the problem with lowering the hiring standards for cops. I have seen reports that people have been turned down because their IQ was too high. The state wants cops to be dumb as dirt so they do exactly what they are told or psychopaths that have no problem murdering unarmed civilians. Like the cop that sprayed pepper spray into peaceful protestors sitting down or the cop that murdered the young guy complying and lying down in the hallway of the hotel. These are the type of people that will do the bidding of the state without question.

One problem is that there are alot of the public dumb enough to believe this is true.

If you're referring to the incident in California those "peaceful" protestors were completely surrounding a group of cops who had just arrested violent protestors. The cop only had two choices;

1. go hands on and potentially injure the protestors or
2. oc a small section so they disperse and create a hole so the cops can get out with the arrests.

The hotel incident is a whole different story and I was completely shocked that the cop didn't get convicted of manslaughter.
