Office Pool Ideas for World Cup

Does anybody have suggestions for either a good site that runs office pools for the world cup or just ideas for a format to run your own pool? Trying to find a site or an idea that doesn't require a limit to the amount of participants.

entered one at a bar last WC but it was kinda dumb. $10 and you picked 2 teams out of a hat. if one of your teams won the cup, you got the pot. so it was a bit like doing squares. i suppose it got more people involved since doing a bracket could be daunting to some.
i would think just doing a bracket where you fill in the teams starting in the knockout rounds would be cool and accessible.
