There are 2 facts:
1. his brother doesn’t have anything to do with him as has been stated.
2. How was it discovered he did this? Y’all been focusing on the act and not how it was discovered. The evidence suggest that this wasn’t even a question as to innocence. 6y/o don’t volunteer molestation.

That doesn't necessarily mean anything by itself. I've seen estranged families before.

This is another matter entirely, but depending on what evidence there is (I don't know it), it can also be iffy.
Surely there is evidence of violation, I imagine. But was there DNA tying him to it, or was she just physically injured?

Regardless, I go back to the original point, that if he was innocent, he never, ever would have pled guilty.
