you can certainly take a look on youtube and judge for yourself the quality of each's performance.
I've heard both are good as well. I have heard good things about a group called "The Machine" but have never heard their performance.
ETA: Here's The Machine performing Comfortably Numb live. Pretty good I'd say.

The pro-shot video of The Wall tour is out there in bootleg land. It’s not completely professionally edited but it’s pretty good if you want to see the show. It’s pretty cool.
