That's a ridiculous point of view. The NCAA is not a party to this issue, and doesn't have to solve it...nor should they. Inevitably, this will negatively affect some other team.

Where did I say they were trying to solve anything? I actually said quite the opposite. They are trying not to interject themselves into a political issue by not doing something they know would cause one. The NCAA would, however, become a party to all of this if they sent a school to one of those states knowing full well the state legislature would prevent those schools from traveling to those states.
