I'm not saying go ham. There will still be levels of force, just loosen them up a bit. It's still non-lethal. Best advice for people going into handcuffs: don't want to get hurt? Don't resist.

Everything I'm talking about is in regards to people resisting arrest. I'm not advocating for police to go running around searching without a search warrant and giving summary executions. But if you're resisting and police can't ascertain what you're trying to do, they should not be held back so much, since it puts them and the public in danger.
